Winemaking
fermentation in contact with the skins in steel for 20 days with submerged cap maceration for 15 days

Refinement
36 months in 20 hl oak barrels

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks thermoregulated at 28c with frequent daily pumping over for a total of 12-15 days. At the end of the tumultuous fermentation, a submerged cap fermentation follows for 15 days to have a complete extraction of the tannins and aromas. The wine is placed in new 20 hectoliter oak barrels where it remains for 5 years. No filtration operation is carried out and the wine is still refined in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics
Barolo Margheria shows a beautiful intense ruby color and a complex and persuasive nose with touches of red berry fruit and spices. in the mouth it manages to admirably combine the sumptuous richness of the fabric with a surprising complexity, a sour cherry of great pulpiness; the finish is long and corresponding, slightly warmed by an excellent alcoholic strength.

Perfume: complex, persuasive, spicy, red berry fruit

Taste: persistent, fresh fruit, rich and complex
