Organoleptic characteristics
In a sensorial journey that leads from the nose to the mouth, we pass through the balanced and light shades of red to move on to hints of rose, ripe fruit, fine and light spices, sometimes tobacco, and then open up in a warm embrace, rightly tannic and complete those sensations that only a great wine can give.

Pairings
the kindness and grace with which this wine accompanies second courses of meat or mature cheeses suggests a combination that is as extravagant as it is natural: sipped at the end of the meal with pieces of dark chocolate it becomes the seal of an excellent Langa meal.
