Tasting notes

Barolo which to the sight appears garnet red with orange reflections, but which tends to evolve with aging.

The nose is deep, offering multiple aromas among which red fruits associated with floral and spicy notes prevail.

Potent, rich and severe barolo, wine with great body and structure, which expresses in an extraordinary way the great complexity of the serralunga d'alba soil, perfect for long aging.

Barolo in evolution: it requires time for decanting and oxygenation in order to offer the best to the palate. It is excellent in combination with meat-based dishes, aged cheeses and it is wonderful as a meditation wine for those who want to live its essence and feel the many facets that release and slowly evolve from the glass.
