Harvest
Manual harvest of the grapes at the beginning of September.
Vinification
The separation from the skins takes place with a pneumatic press and the fermentation proceeds in an autoclave for approximately 1 month. In this way the aromas are enhanced and the wine is given its typical liveliness. Bottling is carried out in mid-November.
Pairings
Moscato d'Asti Tenuta Langasco is recommended to accompany desserts, but also as an aperitif or afternoon refreshment
