White vermouth based on Nebbiolo wine

Raw material

White wine from Nebbiolo grapes, water, sugar, infusion and natural extract of herbs and spices, alcohol of agricultural origin

Distillation

Infusion of Nebbiolo wine together with selected botanicals to allow the gradual and delicate absorption of the aromas and scents of the herbs and spices chosen in our recipe, maceration with the addition of sugar and alcohol, subsequent filtration and bottling.

Color: Amaranth red

Fragrance: Rhubarb, cinnamon and red berries, strawberry, rosebud

Taste: Full and structured

Pairings

To be drunk pure, neat at a temperature of 4°/5° or with ice and a kumquat peel for an aperitif. Excellent in combination with cheeses and especially at the end of a meal with desserts and in particular with dark chocolate
