In stainless steel for approximately 20-25 days
Maturation:
12 months in barriques and 12 months in large barrels, all French oak
Color:
Ruby with garnet highlights
Nose:
Stretching aromas of red fruit (currant and raspberry) that evoke fresh, floral notes of rose and geranium
Taste:
Decisive and linear with silky tannins and a long finish
