A vineyard located a stone's throw from the center of Barolo, but in a secluded area, with cooler exposure and woods at the top of the hill, which protect the vines from the hottest summers. A deep, compact soil, rich in organic materials, where the vines’ roots struggle to grow until they find the microelements that will define the wine. This wine is sometimes a bit grumpy when young, but, as it refines over time, it manages to express freshness and a great depth of fruit and flavors for many years.
