Organoleptic characteristics

  • Colour: Straw yellow with good intensity and beautiful hue, with strong greenish reflections in the first phase of life
  • The perfume is broad and enveloping, markedly fruity and floral, with notes reminiscent of apple, hazelnut, chamomile and banana.
  • Dry, intense and savoury flavour , with a long aromatic persistence.

At the table
He loves harmonious dishes such as vegetable, fish and white meat starters, seasoned cured meats and first courses of long pasta.

Storage
Roero Arneis is not a wine that can be stored for long periods, but it can still retain an excellent original fragrance if kept in optimal environmental conditions (in the dark, away from noise and jolts and at a constant temperature).
